The commercial space and logistics real estate market in the Netherlands has grown significantly in recent years and continues to develop. The strong growth of e-commerce has led to increased demand for commercial space and logistics real estate, especially warehouses and distribution centres. Companies need modern, well-located facilities to process and distribute goods efficiently. There is severe tightness in the market, with new construction largely at a standstill due to the nitrogen crisis, increased construction prices and high land prices.
