Valuation of the Cedar building in Amsterdam Zuidoost

Envalue’s Commercial team conducted the valuation of the Cedar building in Amsterdam Zuidoost, located on Bijlmerdreef. The building forms part of the Cumulus Park campus, a developing area where work, socialising and amenities come together. In addition to office space, the building features a catering facility on the square, which contributes to the vibrancy of the location.

Scale and transaction

The property was completed in 2017 and has a floor area of approximately 37,000 m². It also features 400 parking spaces in the underground car park. The building was recently acquired by ING Bank from LCN Capital Partners. The valuation provided a key basis for this transaction.

The Cedar building stands out in terms of sustainability, boasting an A+++ energy rating, BREEAM Outstanding certification and a score of 79 on the Sustainability Index. This positions the building as future-proof within the Amsterdam office market.
