UTRECHT, 12 MAY 2026 – Envalue has appointed Daan van der Hoeven as Chief Technology Officer (CTO). As CTO, he will be responsible for Envalue’s technological direction and the further development of the recently launched Envalue Platform.
Technology for better-informed property decisions
Daan has been with Envalue since 2021 and has played a key role in the organisation’s digital development over the past few years. Together with the team and the consultants, he developed the platform, which brings together software, AI, property expertise and consultancy in a single digital environment for the continuous analysis and monitoring of buildings, areas and portfolios. ‘Property affects everyone: where we live, work and come together. At the same time, property decisions are often complex and have major financial, social and spatial consequences,’ says Daan van der Hoeven. ‘That is precisely why, at Envalue, I want to develop solutions that help to better inform decisions: more objectively, more factually and more accessibly. Not to replace human expertise, but to make it sharper and more versatile.’
Bringing innovation and operations closer together
The Envalue Platform is built for scaling up and thus also forms the foundation for international growth. Jan Verhaegh, CEO of Envalue: ‘Daan, together with his team, has taken responsibility for the development and launch of the Envalue Platform and knows our technological foundation from the inside out. His appointment aligns with Envalue’s growth ambitions, in which innovation and technology play an increasingly significant role. As CTO, he brings innovation and operations closer together and translates technological possibilities into solutions that strengthen our organisation, help our customers further and challenge the market.’
