UTRECHT, 8 JUNE 2026 – With the arrival of Maikel Mast, Envalue is further strengthening its position in the office market. He will join the transaction team as Team Lead Offices on the 15th of June. With over twenty-five years’ experience as a property consultant, asset manager and investment manager, he brings a strong investor perspective, an extensive network and broad market knowledge to Envalue.
Experience on both the investor and advisory sides
Maikel began his career at Savills, where he worked in Property Management and later in Capital Markets. He then worked as an independent consultant and held various roles within asset management and transactions. In recent years, as Director of Investment Management Netherlands at Real I.S. AG, he was responsible for the acquisition and sale of property in the Netherlands.
In this role, he was involved in transactions across offices, logistics, retail, residential and hotels with a total value of approximately €450 million. His experience thus spans virtually all property sectors. With his combination of investment experience, market knowledge and entrepreneurial spirit, he brings a valuable perspective to Envalue.

I see plenty of opportunities to work with the transactions team to further build on the growth of Envalue and its platform, to support clients through buying and selling processes, and to use my experience on the investor side to add value to a wide range of complex property issues.”
Sharing knowledge and strengthening the next generation
According to Lout de Roos, Head of Transaction Services, with Maikel’s arrival, Envalue is bringing on board an experienced property professional who bridges the gap between data, market knowledge and transactions. “His broad experience on the investor side, his network within the property market and his knowledge of various asset classes will contribute to the further growth of our transaction services and the continued development of the Envalue Platform. In addition, Maikel brings a wealth of knowledge that he is keen to pass on to the next generation of property professionals.”
