pragma leases 30,000 m² at vgp park nijmegen Pragma loods

Utrecht, 26 February 2026 – On behalf of Pragma and its online shops Toys and Garden, Envalue has leased logistics premises at VGP Park Nijmegen. Preparations for construction have begun and completion is scheduled for Q3 2027. The project is being developed by VGP, a pan-European owner, manager and developer of high-quality logistics and industrial property.

By taking on the new premises, Pragma Trading is bringing two existing branches together, thereby optimising its operations and creating space for its growth ambitions. Pragma Trading is an internationally operating trading organisation, active in the buying and selling of commercial products and related goods. Toys and Garden is an international consumer webshop, specialising in outdoor and indoor Play, Activity and Living.
