His expertise lies at the intersection of property transactions, asset management and investment issues. Thanks to his experience on both the investor and adviser sides, he understands how property decisions are made and which factors are key to long-term value creation.

Maikel has extensive experience with acquisition and disposal processes across a wide range of property sectors, including offices, logistics, retail, residential and hotels. He combines strategic insight with a pragmatic approach and a keen eye for market developments.
