Envalue is advising on the sale of a recently completed logistics distribution centre covering approximately 38,500 m². Necron Group has sold the Green Square Logistics II/III logistics complex in Aalsmeer to Deka Immobilien.
The recently completed logistics distribution centre near Amsterdam Airport comprises two interconnected buildings with a total gross floor area of approximately 38,500 m². The complex is fully let on long-term leases to Bausch + Lomb Netherlands B.V. and JAS Forwarding (Netherlands) B.V.
The logistics property, with a BREEAM ‘Excellent’ certification (pending), is located in Aalsmeer and forms part of the Green Square Business Campus. This business park comprises approximately 250,000 m² of lettable floor area and is being further developed by Necron Group into a high-quality and innovative business park for logistics, offices, manufacturing, hospitality and storage.
