EnvalueexpandsthroughtheacquisitionofPrevicus

UTRECHT, 22 JUNE 2026 – Envalue is acquiring Previcus with effect from 1 July 2026. With this acquisition, Envalue is adding expertise in WOZ and property taxes to its platform for real-time, data-driven property advice. This creates an additional service line within Envalue. As a result, property professionals will also be able to factor in WOZ values and property taxes when managing value, costs, opportunities and risks for buildings, areas and portfolios.
A new phase for Previcus
Previcus was founded in 2003 and has, in recent years, expanded into the commercial property market. Bas van der Wielen, director at Previcus: “Our advisory role has changed. As part of Envalue, we can apply data-driven insights and enrich our advice. In doing so, we help clients with property portfolios – such as housing associations, pension funds and owner-occupiers – to make better-informed decisions based on valuation, tax burden and potential savings.”
In-house specialist knowledge
With Previcus, Envalue is bringing in-house specialists in the fields of WOZ, property taxes and the associated legal aspects. Jan Verhaegh, CEO of Envalue: “The property market is becoming more complex. Clients want to better understand which financial, tax and legal factors influence their property. It is precisely the combination of specialist knowledge, technology and practical experience that makes this step relevant. By linking Previcus’s expertise to the Envalue Platform, we can develop new modules and optimise and expand existing services.”
Envalue Platform
The coming period will be focused on integrating Previcus into Envalue. Existing services will continue as normal. At the same time, Previcus’s expertise will be integrated into the Envalue Platform. This will create scope for new insights and a broader, future-proof platform that will help to further accelerate the digital transformation of the property sector.
